1995-1996                     Deputy Director. Guided the planning, development and implementation of Olympic Village Athlete Services division. Created the marketplace shops, recreational activities, entertainment, religious activities, medical services, media services, sports coordination, and ticket sales for the Olympic Village residents and guests. Selected as member of Review Board for Village Operational Plan.

                                                Directed division policy, hiring, training and operation consistent with Olympic Village policy.

                                                Organized local and international media opportunities for Olympic sponsors and suppliers.

                                    Instituted master scheduling of all projects for coordination with other divisions.

                                                Managed the efforts of over 2000 staff, volunteer and contract employees.

                                    The Olympic Village was home to athletes and officials from 197 countries for 33 days.
